During her tenure at TES, Ms. Marissa participated in numerous innovative initiatives that propelled the company forward, and she finds herself privileged and humbled to have been appointed as CEO, looking forward to what the future holds for TES.
Personal Contribution towards TES
As a CEO of an entrepreneurial-run company, Ms. Marissa’s role entails overseeing various aspects of the business on a daily basis. She is primarily responsible for overseeing the finances of the organization, providing guidance and coaching to the leadership team and beyond, and prioritizing key initiatives that will have the greatest impact on TES’s growth and competitiveness in the market. “It is my duty to ensure that TES stays at the forefront of our industry and achieves year-over-year progress, while also remaining innovative and adaptable to the ever-changing business landscape”, she shares.

On a personal note, Marissa Frois holds a B.A. in Psychological Science from Central Connecticut State University, apart from being a wife and mother to two incredible children. Being able to witness their growth and development while pursuing her career she feels has been a highlight of her life so far. When she is away from her professional avatar, Marissa enjoys spending time with her extended family, staying active, and taking advantage of outdoor activities when the weather permits in New England. Additionally, she loves to cook and create meaningful memories for those around her.
