From the Scratch
Second-generation IT expert Petar Minev pursued a career in software engineering like his father before him. Around the age of 13 or 14, when he plunged himself in the alluring world of game modifications and started making tiny games with different engines, he realized his affinity for the area. He was fascinated by the idea that technology would one day enable him to create entire universes from scratch that would function as intended.
At the age of 21, he began his professional career by accepting the position of System Administrator for a multinational company with more than 200 locations nationally. Although this job had its share of difficulties, managing and supporting a broad range of software across the company helped him deepen his grasp of hardware and infrastructure.
Throughout his career, Petar Minev embraced diverse roles, from Database Administrator and Software Engineer to Team Lead, eventually ascending to the esteemed position of Chief Technology Officer. “Each transition was not merely a result of career progression, but a conscious choice driven by his desire to comprehend the IT landscape in its entirety and see the big picture from all angles”, shared Petar Minev.
As the CTO
Petar Minev’s responsibilities as the CTO span several important divisions of the company. He is in charge of important administrative decision-making processes like budgeting, HR choices, and pay scales.
Petar’s primary responsibilities as the Chief Technical Person include leading the creation of new product features, supervising architectural improvements, and fostering an innovative culture.
Recognizing the quick rate of technological innovation, he makes time to keep up with developments and trends in the sector. Because of his dedication, he can make a meaningful contribution to both technical and non-technical conversations within the organization.

He continued – “My most personal achievement, and perhaps what I take the most pride in, is the team that we have built from scratch. I was instrumental in assembling a group of talented individuals who not only excel at their respective roles but also demonstrate a deep commitment to the collective success of our team”.
Petar being that person who always wants to ensure that everybody including him are in-sync with the technological advancements and updates of the world, at his company he makes sure that fostering innovation within the organization is rooted in continuous experimentation and growth. Also motivating his team regularly to constantly strive to test new ideas, explore different technologies, and innovate on their existing processes, for Petar be it success or failure, each experiment provides valuable insights that fuel the company’s future endeavors.

Physics was the first subject Petar Minev studied throughout his three years of formal education. But he soon realized that technology was where his genuine interest lay. Petar chose to refocus his attention on acquiring practical knowledge and abilities in the tech business despite not finishing his degree.
Petar has committed himself to remaining up to speed on the most recent technological breakthroughs and trends because he strongly believes in the value of continual learning and self-education, particularly in the dynamic and quickly expanding sector of technology. He consistently engages in self-directed learning efforts to expand his knowledge.
Acknowledging that the IT sector demands constant upskilling as a necessity, Petar’s educational journey might not have followed a conventional path, but it has instilled in him a profound commitment to lifelong learning.
